Hi!
Is there an alternative to putting loads of bricks end on end to form a ring?
One you can walk on. |

I have a brick
I want to put a ring around it
You know, a circular shape.
O
Like that
Except there should be a dot in the middle of the "O", and that is the brick. And you can only walk on the "O". |

| Oh, well you can always build the ring around the part in the middle, then just select the part in the middle, go to it's properties and then in "Behavior" there is "Cancollide", just unpin it and you can walk through it with your character. |

No you don't get what I'm trying to say.
I want to know if there is an easy way to build the ring, perfect curvature etc. |

| Oh, yeah sure. I can make a screenshot collection and upload it somewhere so you easily can see how to make perfect rings, I'll get back to you soon. |

| This is probably not relative to building, but if you were good at scripting, you could form an algorithm to create a "perfect" ring? |

You can write a script to generate a ring, correct. A lot of builders do that since they don't really know how to do it by hand, but I prefer to make my own.
