That I will personally implement in s11. The Offensive Efficency Rating (OER) is basically the ratio of Points to Shots On Goal displayed as a percentage.
Example:
Say Tgross, being the god he is, has 23 points and 40 shots on goal. His OER would be 57.5%
For this to be implemented I will need a team of statisticans (or team owners) to keep track of each players' SOG during a game. Sign up to be one of them here: - - - - - - - |

why would an assist be calculated using assist/shot on goal
that makes no sense

You could do points/i-shots
I-shot = indirect shot, which means the total of the players shots and the teams shots that would give the player credit
So if in a 10 game season tg scores 13 goals on 24 shots, and had 4 assists off of 15 indirect shots, he would have (13+4)/(24+15)=17/39=##%
It would take his efficiency of his own scoring and his output on the team
This would take forever though |
