As we all know, the constitution was written by old white male Christian landowners, and whatever they have to say doesn't matter. Now, were the Constitution and the Bill of Rights rewritten to fit the modern world (getting away with antiquated concepts like right to private property, freedom of religion, and right to bear arms) perhaps we could get somewhere.
Unfortunately, America remains a racist conservative country full of bigots. If only Che Guevara was still around to help us with the revolution. ;( |

| I mean the government doesn't have to follow it. They have complete control over the whole country they could just violate it without consequences |

| @Che If that was how it works, the government could legalize murder or kill anyone they want. |

| Not to mention the US government is made so that it represents the people. It's not like it's a one party state. There's going to be opposition to what the government is doing WITHIN the government. |

Basically, America can't violate the Constituion, or we'd have proof of them being hipocrites.

Amendment #28: The Constitution has void -- the ever-so persuasive president, {insert name here}, and his/her family, is now the people's ruler for eternity.
It's possible. |

They already violate it. Watch the news once in a while.
In the US military, they are constantly telling Christians to cease anything religious (ex: Organization telling an officer he can't have a cross on his desk, or some Christian soldiers setting up a Nativity scene at an intersection leading to the church near the military base, then being forced to remove it.)
We SHOULD have protection against warrant-less search and seizure, but the NSA doesn't seem to care about that.
And that's just a few examples... |

| Actually, the united states government CAN violate the Constitution if the supreme court doesn't overrule it. |
