Hello I am the Secretary of Defense, Uluv. I would like to lay down the rules of how to properly award medals and the steps in you must take in order to award a medal! Rules below. READ CAREFULLY!
Basic Rules:
1a. All awards must be presented by an O9+ 1b. Awards can be recommended though by E8+ 1c. If you are lower then an E8 then recommend the medal to an E8+ and the E8+ MAY recommend it to a O9+ but he/she does not have to!
2a. Awards must be approved by your branch's JCS or VJCS. 2b. If you are a JCS or VJCS the award must then be approved by the CJCS and or the SECDEF.
3a. When an award is approved there MUST be a bio explaining why he or she was presented the award. Must be a Paragraph, and must be written before the medal is awarded. 3b. The bio must also explain him or hers current rank, MOS, grade level, place where the actions were taken place.
4a. When medals are awarded the VJCS and or JCS must be present at the award ceremony! If the JCS and VJCS is unable to untend contac the SECDEF or the CJCS for more details on what to do!
Advanced Rules:
1a. These are the list of medals that can be presented: Distinguished Service Medals, Medals for Non-Combat heroism, Meritorious service medals, Commendation medals, Achievement medals, Presidential Unit Citations, Meritorious Unit Commendations, Efficiency Awards, Good Conduct medals, Reserve decorations, Expeditionary medals, and the Medal of Honor. Any other medal is just counted as a decoration on Roblox and has no meaning. Also the medal presented must match their current branch.
2a. O-9 to JCS can present every medal except for the Bronze Star, Silver Star, and Medal of Honor! 2b. The CJCS and VCJCS can present every medal except for the Medal of Honor.
3a. Only the Secretary of Defense and President can present and approve of someone being awarded the Medal of Honor. Both the President and SECDEF though have to approve, and only they can approve of the bio. Anyone with any grade lvl in the USM can recommend someone for the MoH to the SECDEF or POTUS but must have a valid reason. I make this rule as I don't want everyone having a MoH on their formals or worst on their COMBATS!
Punishment for awarding a medal without permission: [WARNING IF YOU ARE NOT A O-9 YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE MPed FOR 4 MONTHS AND BE DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED SINCE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE PRESENTED A MEDAL IN THE FIRST PLACE DUE TO RANK!]
Awarding 1 medal = Demotion to O-1, MOS may change Awarding 2 medals = Demotion to E5, MOS may change Awarding 3 medals = Back to Basic Military Training and you loose your MOS and will never get O-9+ again will never get that MOS back. Awarding 4 or more medals = MPed for 2 months, may vary if you are respectful or if you are disrespectful Awarding Medal of Honor, Silver Star, and or Bronze Star = Dishonorably Discharged from the USM for life. [Btw we will keep track who is dishonorably discharged!]
Punishment for wearing an award that you were not awarded: [Hint: If you were presented one by someone who did not have permission the only thing that will happen to you is your medal will be removed!]
There is only one rule for this, You will be automatically be MPed for life.
