@Sama It's not the CPU. I got it to work fine one day, and then it forced me to install Visual C++ 2012, which does not support 32 Bit OS's.

| Athlon is dual core..... Right? Anyway I have an AMD E-300 which I am aware is one of the laughing stock CPUs here but is still 64 bit |

| yes, your CPU is definately the problem. Running emulators is a very CPU intensive task. This is why things like PCSX2 pretty much require a Phenom II or faster. |
