Sadly I'm going to go with the Police on this, you can see that he tried to run and refused to put his hands up, in fact he even had a knife. I might be wrong but this man also has a 20 year rap sheet of assaulting police officers.
But I think something should happen to the cops that did this. Beanbagging him was extremely wrong, you could easily see he had no way to stand up and attack. He was laying a little pool of blood.
All in all these kind of things are disgusting and are a reason why I usually don't get into these kind of things, They mess with you. |

| This will probably turn into another Trayvon Martin type of case |

"Yes, but there was no need to shoot at him in the head multiple times, and then proceed to shoot him even more when he was on the ground. Those knives were most likely not a real threat to those police officers, and they could easily have shot at his feet. The aim was straight at the back of the skull, where non-lethal shots are lethal.
He was also attacked in the first place. He was actually complying to the police officers orders, and then the police used a flash bang. One of the police officers who shot the man shouldn't have had a gun or a badge.
Shooting him was the most logical thing to do, but not how or where they did it."
This is actually kind of what I meant, shooting him was the right thing to do as he didn't listen to orders, but the way they shoot him was completely stupid and unreasonable. |

Another case of policemen abusing their power
I my dads neighborhood, he made a complaint about the state cop that speeds by to get home, and now he just goes the opposite way.
But his wife still speeds by on her phone and a toddler in the back in the wrong lane. |
