They changed the workout for track so I looked at the list of things we had to do today and at the top of the paper it had upper body with bicep curls first. I took out dumbbells and started curling. About 3 sets in, my friend tells me that today was legs.
He was right. Upper body was on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while legs were on Mondays and Fridays. I forget what was on Wednesday, don't ask.
Excuse me, but that's inappropriate for school. |
