| Recently, many eco-groups are debating why on earth water costs money. These days, the only true free water is either from a fountain in a park or from a natural water source. The only priced things about water should be the bottles for water or the water that you use for dishwashers and such. Debate about the mighty water! |

| Because the company takes it, filters it, puts it in bottles, and ships it. They have to make a profit |

No, companies need a profit, and if you don't want bottled water then get water from a tap, and if you don't have one, then obviously you buy bottled water.
It's like me buying football boots because I don't have a factory of football boots....

Why is it scary? I drink bottled water everyday and it's ok. Does the plastic of it scare you, then i would understand it. |

Many of these"eco" bottles are so thin now.
The plastic sometimes leaches into the water.
That pretty much defeats the purpose of a bottle.

| Thing is... Why do you need bottles? Plenty of us can use bottles forever. I have been using 4 of these store water bottles for about 5 years now, all I care about is the water! I mean, I"d be fine with putting a dime and gettign a refill of cold water, but these bottles are making them cost 99 cents! |

| I'm using bottles, because you can take them everywhere, the water in there is clean, you can drink the water of the bottles everytime and everywhere and you can see how many litres water are in the bottle. I think the best advantage of bottles is that you can take them everywhere for example if you walk in a park and you get thirsty you can just drink out of the bottle or if you're working you can place the bottle next to you and drink out of it if you get thirsty without wasting time. |

They take the off taste out of even the hardest well water. |
