If your forces are within a certain position in an opposing force's place yet have not yet taken the initiative to fulfill the primary goal of said place (capturing a flag or what have you). In fact, I'd call it strategic positioning! Labeling it anything less only proves your forces incompetence in the area of being prepared for an attack.
>> Complaining on the C&G about it makes you seem even more pathetic and incompetent. (I'm aware that I made this point before) |

So, basically what you're saying is that if you position your men INSIDE the enemy base and stand around the flag, cpu, or terminal, you do not consider it a raid based solely on the fact you have not captured the flag, CPU, or terminal?
You are the incompetent one.
As any break in the defender's base regardless if any are present or not is, in fact, raiding. |

| Sure you can use it, but it was more of an extension of a point I was making than a siggy. (Give credits pls if you don't mind) |

| billybobjoe247, There are limits to my statement and I did not mean it in that sense. I should have worded that a bit differently, but anyways, I see no issue standing in an organized formation without leaving the confines of the 'raider base/point'. |
