OK! I just read a tutorial about LUA on a place, and it didn't took me a long time considering the fact that I'm experienced in programming for some time. Though I do not practice a lot because I don't have too much free time.
Anyways I know the IFs, ELSEs, ELSEIFs, WHILEs, and basic functions. Though I hear that in ROBLOX the LUA scripting is a bit diverse, and I want to know some important details that I should know of in order to get started. All the help will be appreciated. |

The unique part of ROBLOX is that they have a huge API built for users to access through Lua.
I suggest just playing around with it in a blank place to learn it more.
Also, don't call it 'LUA' in caps. People around here get mad about that. |

It is called Lua or lua or something, CM32 is right. He's also right about how you should just have a blank place, and mess with some scripts, like try:
Anchoring the torso, killing the player on touch, weld the player to a part if they touch it, anything basic that you will know, will help you in the future. |
