Honestly, I doubt it.
I believe it will be something along the lines of 1440p at most.
A combination of the fact that the TV market isn't even pushing for beyond 1080p and the fact the consoles are a living room kind of thing means that the console developers will save a pretty penny avoiding those extreme resolutions and focus more on the higher echelon of HD - Along the lines of 1440p. |

nope, they would have 2560x1440 games and 4k (or 8k if it's there by then) video
