Hello Roblox Moderator(s)!
I come on behalf of the Roblox community to say that we are doing our best to assist your moderation team in cracking down on exploiters and other rule violators.
Below is a link to a video where the two exploiters are exploiting using some sort of application. {Attached File} ------------------------------------------ *Reply from Danielle:
Hi there,
Thank you for your report. We take seriously all reports of users who are exploiting, hacking or otherwise violating our Terms of Service. Please remember that privacy rules do not permit us to share moderation actions taken against other accounts, but all accounts caught violating ROBLOX rules will be moderated.
When another user is breaking the rules on ROBLOX, the best way to let us know is to use the Report Abuse feature. There are red Report Abuse links all throughout the site. In games you can Report Abuse by clicking on "Menu" or clicking on the player in the player list.
You can still report a user even if they log off. Just put their user name in the "Comments" box that will appear when you click the Report Abuse buttons.
Please make sure to use the Report Abuse link on the chat or content that violates ROBLOX rules. Our moderators need to see the chat or content that is breaking the rules in the report.
We want everyone to enjoy their experience on ROBLOX. The Report Abuse buttons are the best way to let us know about rule-breakers and bad content. We have moderators online around the clock reviewing reports and helping to keep ROBLOX fun and safe for all players.
Thank you,
Danielle Customer Service ROBLOX ------------------------------------------ *My reply:
I would like to inform you that your Report Abuse button does not capture exploiting while in-game.
I would also like to state that no punishment has been inflicted on the Exploiters. It's not a surprise that everyone is exploiting (Speed, Animations) nowadays, because your Moderators are obviously incapable of doing their jobs correctly- and even when reported, your foolish Moderators fail to complete the simple task of banning them or the application in which they use to exploit.
Common applications include Cheat Engine (Something you apparently have never been capable of blocking, as each update enables users to continue exploiting), Fiddler2, and other applications I am certain you are aware of, but too lazy and/or incompetent to fix.
And please, save the automated message for careless reporters- I intend on assisting the ROBLOX community when and where needed, and I certainly do not require an automated response with your name signed, Miss Danielle.
NOTE: PLAYERS DID NOT RECEIVE PUNISHMENT** |

| You do realize there are more exploiters than staff to catch them. You're asking the cops to arrest every litterer in the United States. |

They 1-day me for swearing, yet fail to perform their jobs at even touching exploiters.

@Delta
Because you directly gave them a reason to moderate you. They're trying to deny Fiddler and CE, but it always finds a way around. Calm down. |

Forget the programs, let's go back to what you said about littering: If you can find everyone who does it, and you stop them there, you'll decrease the amount of people who perform such acts. People will begin to realize that the Mods aren't as incompetent as they truthfully are, and will cut back on exploiting so freely.
Please explain to me why they could not ban the two users recorded in the video, because I am baffled by this display. |

| We're talking about kids here. They won't stop. They never will because they don't know better. The real issue is fixing it, not banning everyone. |

| For now the least they can do is punish the users who use it- and I am almost certain anyone who exploits is not a child, as most children aren't obsessed with cheating using byte codes, etc. |

Obviously never met FMJames, Westonsammy, Thecaptain97, etc.
All over 17, all exploit.
And if you're implying that kids can comprehend byte codes, I'd like to know what drug you're using, because it seems to be working. |

| No i'm implying that people who exploit aren't going to get banned unless they do some major damage so get over it. |

Exploiting, however, is still an offense. |
