Observe problems on Earth:
1. LGBT, an exclusively social problem that is usually found in first world countries where people with snowflake syndrome attempt to diversify by being non-conforming (aka hipsters of a lower breed)
2. The rest of the world in which people die in the masses every day due to Cartel activity/war/disease/famine/_lethal_ oppression and where it is sink or swim, do or die, etc. This is known as Earth and carries a species that is becoming over-encumbered by the minute, with new crises appearing left and right almost every other day that involve fatalities. |

>found in first world
Implying it's not found in Third World or Second World countries. |

@Desired
Painfully obvious attempt to manipulate my argument:
>usually found in first world >usually
Definition:
u·su·al·ly adverb 1. under normal conditions; generally.
"he usually arrives home about one o'clock"
synonyms: normally, generally, habitually, customarily, routinely, typically, ordinarily, commonly, conventionally, traditionally. |

| I know that, Arch, but I'm saying that you say they're only found in First world countries and not Second or Third World. |

See my second post and this time read the OP if you still do not understand this. |

@Des
That's sort of a strawman argument, though. His actual argument was "they are USUALLY found in the First World."
As in, not ONLY in the First World.

That's assuming g4y people are just making it up to make themselves seem more interesting I could understand if you were talking about demisecksuals and stuff like that, but g4y people are an ACTUAL thing that exists and are, somewhat, oppressed by society and religion So what does this thread prove? |

This thread struggles to prove that their matters are literally the least of all objective worries. |

Also, title of the thread "Why normal people don't accept LGBT" ^ What The only people I know who don't respect LGBT rights are the people who force everyone else to abide by their religion even though it's not their responsibility to tell people what to believe. I have no idea what kind of people you've been hanging around. Even my super conservative grandmother supports LGBT rights |

This is a very narrow-minded point of view that is extremely subjective. |

| And that's a good point. We shouldn't be focused on parading them around and separating them, we should be focusing on normalizing them. First, give them equal rights, then pretend they're the same as you and me. If it was that easy, though, the problem would be gone by now. I support their rights, but they need to learn to just back down when the fight's over. |

"This is a very narrow-minded point of view that is extremely subjective." I don't see how it's narrow-minded or subjective, really. It's just the people I happen to know. |

| By people I know I mean every single ideology & person I have come across throughout my span of existence. The only ones against LGBT are either religious bigots or people who believe whatever their parents tell them. |

10 years is not a lot of time.
Also you are not observing everybody. |

And here you are, doing one of the dumbest things you can do. Assuming my age isn't an effective way to debate, just so you know. As a response to "You haven't been observing everybody", my observation of starving children in Africa is completely trivial to this, I don't need to observe EVERYONE. I've heard enough crazy extremist talk shows, debated, & watched enough talk shows & news to realize that most people are in favor of LGBT, against it because it makes them uncomfortable or against it because of their religion. |
