This guide shall explain the correct usage for shout-tags and their meaning. In the case Colonel+ [those with the ability to shout within Riot Control Emergency Response] are found continuously using incorrect shout-tags, they shall be be given a formal warning. In the case they do not learn from this warning, they will be demoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant

[0.1]:[What are shout-tags?] Shout tags are simple tags which are located at the beginning of each shout within Riot Control Emergency Response. These tags give our members a quick understanding of what the shout includes. Anyone with access to shout power within Riot Control Emergency Response are required to use tags when using the shout, in the case that this is not followed you shall be warned, failure to begin using them shall result in a demotion.
[0.2]:[The Current Shout-Tags] This is a list of the tags which are currently used: [TRAIN]: - This tag is to be used when hosting a training. It is required to also post a link the the place of training along with it, unless displayed on the 'Personal Servers' list. [WARN]: - The 'WARN' tag is used to give an official warning to members of Riot Control Emergency Response. Here is an example of when this tag should be used: "[WARN]: I do not wish to see that behavior which was displayed at the training again. -OGR Cal" [FORUM] - The 'FORUM' tag is to be used when you're posting the direct link to a forum post within the shout. The post you're linking to must be related to Riot Control Emergency Response. When using this tag, please try to include some basic information on what the forum post includes. [ASSIST] - This tag is to only be used when we're providing allied clans with assistance. When using this tag within the shouts, be sure to include what clan assistance is being provided too and what place they need assistance at. [RALLY] - The 'RALLY' tag is to be used when rounding up members of Riot Control Emergency Response for a raid, when this tag is used be used to include information on where the rally is being hosted. In the case a Colonel+ wishes to rally members, they're to gain direct confirmation from an Supreme General+. [RAID] - This tag is to be used when you're hosting a raid against an enemy clan. In the case you're found raiding an allied clan or a clan we are neutral with, you shall be given a formal warning. If from this warning you continue doing so, your shouting powers shall be revoked. When this tag is used, please include information on the clan we're raiding and the location of the raid. [DEFEND] - The 'DEFEND' tag is used to inform members when they are required at a fort [Fort must be stated along with shout]. It is only to be used with '[]'s and '{}'s and may only be used once every 30 Minutes to reduce spam, the only exception to this is if any specific Fort has over 15+ raiders. [MSG] - This tag is to be used as an 'other' category. Also to be used if no other tags are applicable. [MEET] - The 'MEET' tag is to be used when hosting an official meeting. When this tag is used try to include a summary of what the meeting shall be including and where it shall be hosted, This may only be used by a Supreme Commander+ [EVENT] - This tag is to be used for a special event or contest. E.G. Halloween costume contest. It is recommended to include a forum link to information regarding the event. {POSTMSG} - 'POSTMSG' is used to signal the end of an activity [E.G. training, raid...]. [Only to be used with {}'s] [GENMEET] The 'GENMEET' Tag is to be used when the Overlord General call's SHR Meeting.
[0.3]:[Tag Types] All shout tags require to be held within the correct tag type. Each type has a specific meaning which must be followed when using the shout. { } - Tags with these around may be overshouted anytime. [ ] - This means that the shout must remain up for over an hour before overshouting, unless permission from the previous shouter, or the Overlord General. [[ ]] - This means the shout must remain standing for three hours before overshouting, unless permission is granted by the previous shouter, or the Overlord General. {[[ ]]} - This type may only be used by the Overlord General, in the case a Supreme General+ wishes to use this type - they must get direct confirmation from the Overlord General.
[0.4]:[Rank Designated Tags] Colonel may only use { } tags unless permission is granted by a Surpreme General. General may use all tags excluding the [[ ]],{[[ ]]} tags. Supreme General's may use all tags excluding the {[[ ]]} tag. The Overlord General may use all tags.
[0.5]:[Linking Tags] In the case your shout covers two or more of the tags, listed above, you have the ability to go ahead and link them together. This is done simply by including a | between the tags. E.g - [TRAIN|FORUM] TRAINING INFORMATION|FORUM INFORMATION
