If the old account had BC, you can send the last 3 digits of the credit card linked with that account to the OFFICIAL Roblox email address and they may return it to you.

| Did you buy BC with a credit card? Even if it's expired, your credit card info is still stored forever. If you send an email to info@roblox.com with your credit card info they can recover your account ONLY if you used credit card. If you used a Roblox 10dollar or 40dollar gift card it will not work. |

| If it is a verified em@il(which it should have been if you where smart) then go to your em@il and reset your p@ss and em@il |

| If you read the whole thread (if you were smart) you would have noticed that IN THE FIRST POST she says that she cannot even access her account so she can't change her pw and her email was changed as well. |

@72Tom72 And if you knew anything about ROBLOX(and you would if you where smart) you would know if you have a verified em@il you can reset your em@il and p@ss even if it is changed. |

| Okay but CLEARLY it was never verified in the first place because (if you were smart) you'd know that nobody can change the email on her unless she approves of it. |

I'll explain her situation to you:
She received an acc from her friend with NO email attached to it. For whatever reason someone else now has the account and because no email was on there, the other guy put his. Now she can't do anything because she never had HER email on there at all. |

@72Tom72 You don't have to approve it use your brain. |

| Well if her friend gave her the account she broke a rule so now she is going to be banned. |

| Yes you do. If she originally had an email attached to it, and someone else tries to change it, she HAS TO APPROVE OF THE CHANGE. otherwise there'd be no point in email verifications (duh) |

| You don't have to "approve" it but you can reset it. |

| The whole point in having a verified email is so that if someone breaks into it and TRIES to change the email, the real owner can just say "no, i did not approve of this change" and the email will revert. |

| Yes, same thing. But clearly she never had one of HERS to begin with. And yes, she did break 2 rules: Giving away acc info (to get compromised) and also sharing an acc. |

| Approving it and resetting it are two different things. |

| So you're saying if someone changes the em@il, she has to then go to her em@il and revert it, THEN go to her em@il AGAIN and approve the reset she just did? |

No, that's not what I meant.
If she set an email when she first made her account, and someone breaks into her account and puts his email, SHE gets notified, and it ONLY takes effect IF she approves of the email change. (The email change notification is sent to her original email). If she REJECTS this change, then HIS email is never used.
She has to approve of it BEFORE his email gets used at all.
HE never gets ANY email UNLESS she approves. |
