so... I got into a car accident like a couple hours ago completely my fault since I rear-ended the woman in front of me looked away down a side street for a second and a second is all it takes
although I guess that isn't what this thread is going to be about it's more about mistakes, and how I deal with them I the worst way I can accept that I'm not perfect (no one is) yet whenever I screw up I beat myself up over it too much i always feel like it's the end of the world when it really isn't and it's just meaningless depression that ensues and I don't know why
so if I suddenly stop existing, this event might have been the tipping point the catalyst, if you want to call it that

A car accident is bound to happen at least once, so at least you can try to learn from it.
I know that "beat myself up over a mistake" feeling, but thankfully I don't do that as much as I used to. Finding something else to occupy your mind may help... |
