United States of America: Customs and Border Protection Employment
About us: The United States Customs and Border Protection mainly focuses on securing America's borders from those that would do harm is CBP’s top priority. It deploys the government’s largest law enforcement work force to protect at and between ports of entry, supported by air and marine assets. CBP is a federal law enforcement agency under the United States Department of Homeland Security charged with regulating and facilitating international trade, collecting import duties, and enforcing U.S. regulations, including trade, customs, and immigration.
While its primary mission is preventing terrorists and terrorist weapons from entering the United States, CBP is also responsible for apprehending individuals attempting to enter the United States illegally including those with a criminal record, stemming the flow of illegal drugs and other contraband, protecting United States agricultural and economic interests from harmful pests and diseases, and protecting American businesses from intellectual property theft. --(illegal) Immigrants (People who wish to do harm; import weapons, contraband, etc.) & Criminals in DC and NY--
Why we should be a team at DC: The United States Customs and Border Protection deserves a delegated spot at DC, because we mainly focus on preventing terrorists, terrorist weapons and illegal contraband (drugs) from entering the United States. We are also responsible for apprehending individuals attempting to enter the United States illegally, especially the ones with a criminal record; we have criminal records at DC. These criminal records can help us justify who we most likely need to watch more, because they could potentially be taking illegal weapons and entering the United States(Possibly using a game pass to commit crimes, or taking a gun from Octavio or BigChainz). We also, on the humanitarian hand, protect the agricultural and economic interests from harmful pests and diseases, protecting American Businesses from intellectual property theft as well. This fits perfectly for DC, because we have lots of people who have a long criminal record, and people who commit crimes. The fact that people can also own businesses at DC makes us all the more well implementable in DC. With these criminal records and businesses we can and will be able to observe who to be watchful around. We can also guard Octavio, because that is where they get their illegal weapons to use as dangerous firearms, posing a threat to not only the United States, but also the president, VIPs, and citizens as well. Having a team at DC will be very beneficial to the other law enforcement that try to get their jobs done. While CBP focuses on capturing criminals from bringing in illegal material, we serve a perfect role to be at DC, because unfortunately that happens all the time. Since these things happen all the time, CBP can assist in many ways; mainly by clearing up all the terrorists in DC, and stopping the illegal flow of weapons. Since we also focus on border patrol, if we have for example an Immigrant or citizen trying to cross into restricted territory, we can be the ones on that task immediately, because that’s one of the things we most excel in. In conclusion, having us as a team at DC will be very beneficial, not only to the citizens, VIPs, and all other Americans’ safety, but to the safety of the United States of America itself. God bless.
What tools should we have at DC?
Arrest Tool; while most agencies use the arrest tool for very subtle crimes, we can aid even more if we have access to arrest tools. While we are the ones stopping terrorism, and stopping the flow of illegal material coming in from foreign places, having an arrest tool will be very vital to all Customs and Border Protection agents. Reasons being, if we see somebody with an illegal weapon for example, we will have every right to arrest if they do not have a registration form for that weapon, or a license. When consented upon by our agents, we will ask them questions such as, “What are you doing?”, “Why do you have this weapon?” “Do you have registration?” etc, Because, America has freedom of speech. And until we lay the Miranda Rights down to them, they have that freedom of speech. We let them speak their excuse/actual cause to us, and then the Judges and them can handle it in court if needed. The reason we also ask this is to stop police abuse/brutality at DC, as it is very horrifying when done to a stellar citizen of ours. We also need arrest tools for high level crimes such as GTA, burglary, trespassing into restricted areas without consent of a federal official; WHICH WE WILL ALSO ASK QUESTIONS WHEN CAUGHT. In conclusion, having an arrest tool on our team will be very vital to stop the murders/homicides and diverse threats of our motherland. By the way, any failure to respond to our questions will result in prison, and failure to put said weapon away will result in Prison. If they pull a gun on us, try to run away, etc, they add to their list of crimes, and get put in Prison as well.
HK: An assault rifle. As long as we have the proper authority to use weapons, we will, if it does unfortunately come down to that. There are very obvious reasons that we might need weapons when protecting the United States. There are always terrorists that could be bringing firearms into the US, and when they fire upon us, we aren’t going to be protected by a 2 cm thick uniform, no we won’t. This is why I believe we should be privileged to have weapons such as the HK at DC. If somebody has an illegal weapon, and they respond with gunfire instead of abiding and listening to our agents, we will have to exchange fire with said criminal. These are very dangerous situations, as our agents can get injured, so we always think tactics, and are ready for situations like these. With the use of the HK, and proper training, we will be able to take down the criminal. If we take down this criminal, it will ensure safety to the people of DC from all harm. This is why we need weapons; our motto is basically to protect the borders of America at all costs, from illegal material coming in. With permission to use weapons, this will make our jobs easier, if things get rough with said criminals.
ACR: The ACR, or adaptive combat rifle, is also an assault rifle. The ACR will prove very beneficial to us, as it is a law enforcement/government owned/used weapon. That means it will have a peculiar, nice feel to it. This assault rifle will be very vital when chasing a criminal across a field for example, and you can’t really chase after them or you’ll get in the open and be put in danger of being shot. Here’s where the ACR comes in; the ACR has an automatic and single shot fire feature, perfect for accuracy when needed. It will be needed, in fact, because the ACR has a 500-600 meter firing range, which will provide us with substantial use with it when trying to take down said criminal, that has proven very dangerous to DC and it’s people.
Sniper: The sniper is needed when things are very serious. Sometimes we have to deal with very dangerous criminals, that cannot be stopped by a regular assault rifle due to either the lack of range, or lack of accuracy on it. The sniper will mostly be used when CBP are travelling in groups, or squads. Why? Because, usually when CBP are travelling in groups or squads it means that it could be a Special Operations mission. (Rank in CBP). Usually, depending on the size of the squad, there will be 1-2 sniper, or recon units. The recon units’ jobs are to provide cover fire and long-range site when needed. It is also to provide cover fire from a said building. Providing cover fire will be very beneficial, as they will have a great birds eye view of the battlefield, so they can easily instruct the other agents on the ground where to go, what to do, etc. The sniper can also be used if for example a CBP agent is taking a foreign ambassador to the WH; the sniper can get on a roof or a waypoint and easily scout ahead, behind, around, everywhere, and contact if anything is wrong. Regular ground forces would not be able to do that, which could prove costly.
Deagle: The Desert Eagle will be the final, and secondary weapon of CBP. The Desert Eagle will be needed when in close quarter combat. It will also be needed if said gun breaks, because then the agents will be able to switch easily without any serious problems. There is a great adversity in our selection of weapons, I understand, but they are all very important in protecting the United States. The Desert Eagle will also be used when holding a criminal at gun point, as at very close range it provides great damage, which will be very aiding when a criminal does not cooperate.
Taser: This one is pretty obvious. We need a Taser at DC in case a criminal is trying to elude arrest, or shooting and running the other way. The Taser will knock them on the ground, allowing CBP and other agencies/departments to aid in the arrest of the criminal. It is also a good tool to help in possible hostage situations, or when you want an ally to get down in case there is gunfire. (It’s possible.)
Car: The last thing we need will be a suitable car for CBP. The reason we need a car, firstly is to justify who we are. If we are in a sedan, many citizens might not pay any respect, which can be harassing to some of our agents, creating a problem that puts CBP Agents off task and disrupted. Other times, when we are pulling someone over for example, they aren't going to randomly pull over to a sedan or civilian car following them. They will just think the sedan is a regular citizen taking a route like them home or to work, etc. If we have a car, it would be very vital because we have sirens, which indicate we are pulling someone over, or are in a car chase, protecting the president, officials, etc. One of our main vehicles, that we most often use is the Ford Crown Victoria. It is a cruiser manufactured by Ford, and is similar to that of the USCP Police Cruiser at DC. Asides from this, a SUV would be a suitable car.
DC Possibilities (All up to Nightgaladeld): As we need to aid DC against things like drug trafficking and illegal smugglers, we have also come to the conclusion that it would be more realistic to have somebody like Octavio or BigChainz, except dealing illegal drugs to people. Once these people have the drugs in their inventory, they can sell it for money by possibly dropping it in exchange of money from other players. In the meantime, if a CBP agent catches them, they can have some sort of patdown or a way to take the offenders inventory, to observe what they have. Just a basic idea, would be pretty nice. For Night to add a character that gives out drugs for people to deal drugs, earning cash illegally; this would make DC more interesting and give this agency a much more larger opportunity to work at DC. The rest of the idea of the character is probably completely up to Night. Although it will give Law Enforcement a tougher job, it will make DC filled with more action, allowing law enforcement who don't know about things like drugs to take action, and to learn about how to apprehend these suspects in the orientated manner.
Conclusion; With the help and support of the United States Customs and Border Protection, we will be more than able to make not only DC, but all of the United States a better place, by making the nation and it's citizens safe from harm.
