oops, didn't realise the graphics tablet part. I don't use a graphics tablet so idk about that. i personally prefer pdn for drawing using a mouse

Im used to CS6, But I prefer CC.
Its graphics and blending options are better. |

photoshop is classed as a photo manipulation software, but it's decent all around, including drawing
just personal preferences |

| Seem like CC is better than CS6, i consider CC as CS7 lol So, yeah it's good to draw on ps than paint.net. |

Thats how I currently have CS6.
To be honest, I might just get CC but Ive been too lazy to ask him. |

| It's good if you not only design just uniform but also create something like manga character or others which i loved to see you do that and if you feel that you want your design to be sharp when printing or etc then i suggested using illustrator anyways. |

| Yeah, I use Photoshop CC. It's practically the same as CS6, but it seems to be more stable and less laggy. |
