The Grand Imperium Military Academy
-Section I: Purpose-
The purpose of The Grand Imperium Military Academy is simple, to offer education for Arcadians with the prospects of becoming officers, and to retrain current officers in the need of administrative assistance. Through the Military Academy we hope to present clear goals of character quality and principle to it’s aspiring students. Through these teachings, we hope to pave a more clear, organized, and brighter future for TGI.
-Section II: Application-
Applications for the Military Academy are to be sent to the Current Overlord (ToberDam), and applicants are to have certain requirements met. If these standards are not met, do not apply.
Requirements are as followed:
- 6+ months in the group or returned from veteran's policy (No longer in use). - The rank of Auxiliary or higher. - Must not of had history in the blacklist (meaning not even a crossed out name).
Application is as followed:
1) You are hosting a raid/training and two members begin arguing and refusing orders. According to policies, what should you do? According to personal style, what would you do?
2) Are you more of a Trainer or a Raid Leader?
3) Is there anyone in the current corps you feel you do not get along with. State reasons why.
4) If you answered the previous question, will this affect your choices in the corps if that member(s) are working with you?
5) Where do you feel you can improve the group the most.
Upon review of your application the Current Overlord (ToberDam) will reply with a simple Yes or No response, If your application is denied, do not ask why, simply work to fix what you believe is wrong with the application, and try again. If you lie on the application and clearly do not display the principles that you have declared of yourself, you will immediately find yourself removed from the Military Academy and will not be re-accepted.
-Section III: Principles and Disciplines-
TGI is a group of expertise and versatility, and for that reason we expect our officers to be able to perform ANY and ALL duties assigned to them. The Military Academy will provide complete and wordly instruction on these duties.
These duties include but are not limited to the following: -Training -Raiding -Leadership -Upholding Character Quality and Group Principle -Arcadian Law -Public Speaking -Discipline
The final arbiter on deciding if a student is capable of all the assigned duties or not will be the Academy’s Commander.
-Section IV: Group Layout-
Commander: The Military Academy’s Commander is the head of The Grand Imperium Military Academy. The Commander helps review applications, as well as mold prospects and students into capable and effective officers. The final decision maker on if a Military Academy student graduates, or is recycled for another cycle of instruction.
Hi-Com: The Hi-Com of The Grand Imperium. The members in this position are not expected to carry out duties, but may help with administration when help is needed.
Graduated: Students and Prospects that are deemed ready by the Commander will be passed to the Graduate rank after showing capable and versatile duty. Students and Prospects that graduate are not required to stay in the Military Academy after graduation, but they may stay to keep a mark of prestige in their TGI Career.
Advanced Officer Cadets: Students and Prospects that have displayed tenacious and persistent advancement in ability will be placed in the Advanced Officer Cadet position. This position serves as the first step towards graduation. Those that make it here should be looked upon as role models for those before them.
Officer Cadets: Students and Prospects that have achieved entrance via application.
-Section V: Conclusion-
Any inquiries about this information should be sent to the Academy Commander.

Is it 6+ months in TGI, or Arcadia?

Meepo is not fit for service in the military academy.
I don't work well with command. And I don't agree with the TGI command so It would just be better if I strayed away from it in any event. And dispite that I have been blacklisted before anyway so it doesn't matter.
Meepo is a far better midrank and I don't want to be involved in the TGI higher ranks.
Dats all I got to say about this. |

I cannot offer my opinion on this.
It is a good start, but not liberal enough to reform TGI fast enough. |
