Section 1.0: Policy We hereby implement a Code of Conduct to assure that all members of the Bluejay Administration act to our full expectation at all times. This policy shall act as a guide for our administration and shall help shape up a better community. Alongside this code, employees are expected to act with Integrity every day they represent Bluejay.
Section 2.0: Build Trust and Credibility In order for everyone to work as a team, we must be able to trust all of our associates. In Bluejay, you must not lie or disrespect anyone. You must treat others as you would like to be treated. You should befriend all employees to help better conduct yourselves as a team. If you have an infraction to the codes and policy, you must live up to and accept the repercussion of your action.
Section 3.0: Respect for the Individual Kestrel prides itself in its ability to uphold a diverse community. Everyone in Bluejay is respected no matter the age, characteristics, economic status, social status, or any other physical or social characteristic. Accepting and Respecting everyone helps to create a more welcoming and more comforting community.
Section 4.0: Create a Culture of Open and Honest Communication Every BlueJayian has the right to appropriately speak out without fear of repercussion. One cannot be punished for constructively advising an employee. We must also allow for people o express their opinion. We must all listen and consider what every individual has to say.
Section 5.0: Set the Tone at the Top Bluejay accepts nothing less than the best work standards. Everyday an employe comes to work, (s)he must treat it like it’s their first day. Every employee should strive to constantly improve his performance. By doing so, it will also improve BlueJay’s performance. |
