If you're in charge of a booth, you could do these things:
>Hold building/scripting contests. Winners could win money, ROBLOX merchandise, or robux.
>Livestream the entire thing. Get other Roblox users from across the world to take part.
>Build awesome places to showcase. Whatever you show the visitors is up to you, and saying that you, a teenager, built something amazing would definitely appeal to them.
It'll be like you're in charge of a mini Bloxcon. Sure, it won't be as fun as the real thing, but it could still be awesome. |

Well you are advertising ROBLOX to other people essentially, therefore: -They would not really know how to script Lua or build with ROBLOX -They would probably not like roblox b/c of their bias-ness with their game

Then teach them the basics. Once they get the hang of it, they'll enjoy it. A couple hours in, hold the contest.
For those who are already familiar with Roblox, you can have a contest for just them. So, like a beginner's league and an experienced league. |

Your being unrealistic, the maker faire HAS A LOT OF GAMES, people would not stay at one station for hours, let alone multiple people
Although I am seeing how this could be very fun now with an admin at 20+ people |

But if you can make it fun enough, you could get a crowd of about 10 visitors. That's enough to have a contest.
But yeah, I understand your reasoning. |

the first idea is pretty unreasonable, since you're advertising to people who may have never even heard of roblox. besides, the maker faire is pretty big and most people will only stop by for a couple minutes
the second idea might be a little more difficult, and unless you manage to get ROBLOX to say anything about it, the turnout for users will probably be negligible
the third idea is really good though, and would fit the idea of advertising the game quite nicely. you'd need a good builder to work on the booth, though
it's not like BLOXcon, but they're still calling it that |

| Make a ROBLOX place with a 3D printer. That'd be beast. |

That works too. The visitors could give ideas, and the contestants could build them.
I'm now really excited for this non-Bloxcon. :D |

Pshh, I already knew that. We could hack into a college and teleport it out. Wait, this is real life. Umm, I'll think of a solution.
I got it!
You start a cop chase to lure the guards away. I'll sneak into that rich dude's house and take it. Lastly, you can pick me up and drive me to Mexico. Then I wouldn't go to jail.
Good idea? |

| Why would they livestream it? You need to pay to get in. |

I just filled it up with gas. :3
@scs
If the people running the booth livestream it, other Roblox players from around the world could technically join in. Plus, hitting a couple hundred--possibly even a thousand--viewers would show the booth visitors how popular Roblox is.
It'd just be something cool to do during the faire. |

| I'll see if I can reschedule it. I bet we could. They're open to change, but only if we give them extra diamonds for their girls. (Girls is plural) |

"What service do you require?" Police "What is your problem?" People are planning a robbery. "Thank you, we have found the people planning and are now going to arrest them."
I just made that phone call in real life.

Don't worry about the diamonds. Some guy owns a mansion down the road from me. And he doesn't even own a security system. xD
I'm sure we'll get plenty of jewelry. Just make sure your friends don't backstab us. |
