*I'm not trying to push these definitions onto the clan community this is just food for thought*
War Clan: A combat oriented clan that embraces and participates in raids on other clans.
Super Clan: A fairly active war clan with a semi large and diverse (from new players to veterans) population. Interpret "semi large" as you wish.
Super-Super clan: A war clan consisting of an insane amount of members; generally considered to have a higher unskilled to skilled ratio than other clans.
Power Clan: A clan consisting of a usually small amount dedicated population. Generally considered to be strict and to have a zero tolerance for inexperienced players.
Small Clan: A small, casual, generally active group with mostly new to mildly experienced members, a small amount of group funds, and a anonymity among the larger clan community.
Dead Clan: A clan that is either stagnant or quickly decreasing in terms of active members, promotions given, and amount of events.
Hype Clan: A clan built upon the unstable foundation that is hype. They generally mass advertise on the forums and amass a large amount of supporters. The majority of these supporters will leave the hype clan at a faster rate then the clan can regain members. It is nearly impossible to determine if a clan is a hype clan until it has turned into a dead clan.
Historic Clan: A subcategory of a super clan or a power clan (though usually a super clan). These clans have impacted the clan world in some way, whether it be in a positive or negative way for quite some time. Historic Clans can be compared to one another and one can be considered as "More Historic" than the other. The majority of historic clans are dead clans or on the brink of becoming dead clans.
Bait-And-Switch Clan: A clan (usually a super clan) that lures new, usually inexperienced members in through false advertisements, exaggerated group descriptions, or false promises.

I appreciate this thread. I sort of knew these definitions already, but it's nice seeing this type of effort put into making an interesting post.

Profit Clan (usually a subcategory of a super clan): A clan who's leader or hierarchy usually care more so about money than the clan's well being. They use a system in which they mass recruit with money they have made from members and enemies visiting their base and buying game passes. Strangely this is one of the more stable clans as the leader constantly runs ads to increase their clan's activity thus increasing the leader's profit.

Corrupt Clan (An extension of the profit clan): A clan who's leader or hierarchy usually care more so about money than the clan's well being. They follow the same characteristics as a profit clan but take it further by giving away ranks in exchange for goods. (I.E. ROBUX, Limited Hats, BC Cards)

Fame Clan (Almost Always a Super Clan): A surprisingly stable war clan built by or for a famous person. This famous person is generally the leader and barely has to recruit members for their clan. Their fame is one of the largest factors in the group's growth meaning the famous person must stay well known in order for the clan to have a steady stream of new members.

Role Play Clan (Generally a small clan or a power clan): A war clan that strictly adheres to a "lore" which can talk about the clan's history or origin. Usually Role Play (RP) Clans never make it to super clans as different people have different interests.
