Ok, You're all so proud of having so much money on a virtual game, and how you're so great at trading. Try applying it the real world.
ONE REALLY EASY WAY: 1. REAL ESTATE
Ok For Real Estate; It's as simple as selling and buying property.
If you're going through college/university and own an apartment. You've noticed how you're often lacking money. (Endless you're being reimbursed by your guardians/parents.) So, if you're in university/college then you'l most likely have the option to go into boarding rooms on campus. -Move out of your apartment -Move into the dorms at the college/university -Rent out the apartment for 2+ years. (Set the monthly rent about 200-400$USD more then the actual rent
Ok so, lets to math! Hypothetically say the rent is 200$ and your renting it out for lets say 550$ So you're making an extra 4,200$USD a year. So if you rent out your apartment for the 1-7 years you go to university/college getting your degrees. you'l have made; YEAR1: 4200 YEAR2: 8400 YEAR3: 12,600 YEAR4: 16,800 YEAR5: 21,000 YEAR6: 25,200 YEAR7: 29,400
The duration and years of year 4-7 would only apply to students looking for a Masters-Docterate.
My Uncle applied this while he was going through university and ten years after he graduated. He got to the point of doing this with 5+ condos in Vancouver. He even continued to do this while he had a full time job as an architect and making over 2.5 million annually.
None of you have to listen or even take this into consideration, but it's better then having a single income of working at retail or Mcdonalds, whilst at university. |

And?
Would you rather have an extra 10-30k after you leave university
As well you can apply this to bigger properties around 20-50k for this whole year.
Look at the bigger prospective. |

I wouldn't do this, Considering the housing market can crash at any moment and there is a possibability you won't make more money..

@Euro
It's 4.2k/yr if you don't have a job
If you do, then you'd be making a lot more |

@Colt,
Just something else the government will tax you on.
You won't actually get 4.2k
You'd get probably like 3/4 of that.

@Almagro,
Once again, Remember 2007-2009?
Markets crashed. Housing stopped. People went bankrupt.
If I were smart enough, I wouldn't do this. I'd rather sit here and make a front page game and get 1-2k+ a month for easily just making a game. There wouldn't be any investment other than time.

@The
Would you rather be making around 3k/yr + the $ you earn from your job, or just the money from your job if you even get a job while you're in college?

@The
To make a famous game, you'd have to beat opponents already on the front page.
& you'd have to advertise it, keep robloxians coming, & make updates frequently so people keep going.
It's not that easy lol

Look at most of the games on the top earning / most popular (the ones who actually get the most playets)
Like 90% of the games already have over 500k visits, & people wil keep visiting
you only have like 1k visits, so it'd be hard for you to get up there with the users with millions of visits |
