| I'm not an anti-capitalist, but I'd love to hear the reasoning behind those who are. |

| As tempting as it might be, let's not just mock anti-capitalists. I'd love to see someone's well thought out and objective criticisms of capitalism. I'm sure they exist somewhere. Well, maybe. |

I Googled "what do you think about capitalism" and I got this:
"Its...heartbreaking. People matter. People pray and beg and bleed and hope and hurt. Money is paper, printed and pointless; an idea that became more important then those who suffer in its endless uncaring servitude. How much are you worth? The question itself is repulsive."
That helped, thanks. |

| also, that message is pretty stupid since it denounces currency, the thing that pays for our basic needs like shelter and food, is supposedly "pointless." it's also invalid for saying that money is paper, as it's being ignorant to virtual currencies like bitcoin, monetary value not always being represented in paper but electronically, etc. |

| Well, while I was, it was the belief that Capitalism oppressed us more then it did, we were enslaved by the dollar, and Putin was a good guy for throwing the rich men in jail. |

| let them pray, beg, and bleed. such is the toil that ought' to be required of life, excluding the praying part. life is a competition, and natural law dictates that the strong survive and the weak suffer. trying to distort nature in itself is a losing strategy all together. |

I'm Semi-Capitalist but I do disagree with a few things. I disagree how you have to pay for healthcare or have insurance, or you would be denied. Another flaw is that the pharmaceutical companies would rather create a treatment for a disease rather cure it so they can make more profit. |

I'm by no means anti-capitalistic but I do have a bone to pick when it comes to the way the disabled and there carers are treated.
A long time ago, I was diagnosed with a serious illness. Not a short trip to the hospital illness. I'm talking years in hospital going through horrible unspeakable pain to get cured. This left me a physical and mental wreck. It was it was over 7 years ago now and I'm only just starting to sort myself out. my mom is a carer for my grandmother and my dad is my carer. Im 18 and the government gives me £51 a month without taxes applied to live on. so that's clothes, food, electricity, gas and water. bearing in mind the minimum wage for an working 18 year old over a month is £150.90
call me a socialist pig but I think its shameful to expect a disabled person to live less than half the minimum wage. |

Please note that mostly what follows is tertiary information -- that is, opinions that I have heard from people OTHER THAN ME. Expect brief descriptions and some misinformation. Regardless, I think I have my facts straight.
The most common argument that I hear regarding anti-capitalism regards the wage gap. Marx goes into a good deal of detail of this and I think that you are already familiar with it too (death to the bourgeoisie and so on.) To put it briefly, this argument puts forth the fact that in capitalism, some people are better off than others, which communists and Marx disagree with. (A fairly valid point, there is without a doubt a gap in social and economic class in a capitalistic system.)
Another argument that I have heard would be one that most Christians (and other religious people) will give: capital is simply a material object; in capitalism the collection and "hoarding" of capital is promoted. In church you are taught to not be selfish-- anything that benefits the self is evil, and one should live a selfless life taking others into account before themselves, for this is good (according to the Church.) Capitalism simply contradicts the altruistic nature of religion, which, of course, cannot be allowed.
Other than that I can't really think of any significant points that could be made. |

I was only against it because I thought that countries in Scandinavia and Canada (and other good countries) were Socialist. I support Canada's way of Capitalism. And Norway. And Denmark. |
