Guests- I am Lord Blood of TFR. This post is for the members of TFR so they know what is expected from them in the future. If you're interested in joining TFR, please do. Trainings are every weekend and every other Friday. You will be welcomed if you show loyalty and respect to me, HRs and other members. I’m not too strict about uniform unless you are a HR, (Colonel to Commander of Defense) so just buy it when you can.
Members- Being a HR is a huge responsibility. I will not tolerate it if you come to me or another High Rank and ask for a unearned promotion to HR, or any rank for that matter. Think of it this way, a High Rank is shown respect. One does not ask for respect, rather they earn it. If you really want to become a High Rank, come to trainings, ask for private trainings, do every thing you can to prove yourself and prepare for the HR test to come.
Low Ranks- I get messages a lot about how to get promotions. It’s simple. First of all come to trainings and show respect. If you can, buy uniforms and ask for extra trainings.
Middle Ranks- If you have made it to the MRs, you obviously come to some trainings and show respect. Just keep that up and you’ll be fine. At this point you need to start saving for your uniform and know the group forts by heart. Make sure your good with obstacles, scenario training, faces, fighting and driving for these will all be tested when you apply to be a HR or SR.
Special Ranks- Special Ranks, or SRs are the equivalent of a HR but with a special skill or position. These include Intelligence (In charge of the Spies of the Republic rank), Diplomat (An ally leader or HR representing their group), or a Royal Guard (Requires 2 weeks or pure melee and ranged combat along with extreme obby tests). If you choose one of these instead of a HR spot, you host trainings for your field such as Intel would host trainings for the SOTR, etc.
High Rank- High Ranks have shown time and time again they are the best of the best. They show no fear in battle, know the forts by heart and have proven they can lead TFR to victory in both the offensive and defensive. At this point, you must have and wear the HR uniform to all meetings and trainings. To reach this point, you need to have completed the original HR test and take the monthly tests to keep you fresh.
Supreme Commander/Co-Leader- You have been with TFR since the start and haven’t abandoned it like others. You have unwavering loyalty to the Republic and its members. You do not go down without a fight. It is almost impossible to reach this point if you’re a new member. Almost. Not quite. If you attend every meeting , every training, every raid. You may get there. Only time and training can tell.
This is TFR. We march into the dark and if we cant make them see light, and if they cant, we make them feel heat.
