some ppl were jogging instead of sprinting on our 8 400m's so coach was like, "300 pushups so we learn the def. of the word 'sprint'" and nobody could do 300, and we were all beat after we got to about 60-65 or so, except for really strong ppl and he makes us do real, actual push-ups
and then he is like "everyone does 25 real push-ups and we'll be done" and then about half of us couldn't do 25 legit ones cuz the attempt at 300 destroyed us, so we just kept doing push-ups until we almost died
i can barely move my arms now
lol just felt like sharing

well, keep in mind we just ran 8 400m's right after another, so we were exhausted as heck |

I'm a sprinter and a basketball player, not a long distance runner. But 300 push ups is crazy.

| I do track as well, and swimming. I won regionals for swimming and county. Track hasn't started for us yet. |

In my city, I'm ranked 4th fastest 100m sprinter. This year, I'm hoping to get myself in the top 3 because the person in front of me is only ahead by barely 0.01 of a second.

2 miles isn't that much.

| two days ago at soccer practice our coach made the whole team run/sprint for an hour around a football field b/c of 2 kids acting up. |

LOL I'd like to see you do 140 alternating wall jumps like they made us do today and call it "light training" |
