I know this isn't really a 'scripters' question but I didn't know where to put it. Anyway, does anyone know where plugins that are installed by opening Roblox Studio, and going to someone's plugin and installing it are located on your file system?

| It's in the same directory as the one above the previous plugins folder. In Studio, go to Tools > Open Plugins Folder. After you're in the folder, move up to the parent directory, and open "Installed Plugins". There you are. Also, you'll have to insert them as a ROBLOX model into your game if you want to edit them -- they're stored as .rbxm |

| I believe %appdata%/Local/Roblox/InstalledPlugins or something. |

Because most of the people here is going to know
~ points to your user's path in the mac fs so ~/Documents is your Documents
~ is much easier than saying C:\Users\YOUR NAME HERE\ <3 |

| Do you really want to start *another* Windows/Mac/Linux war? There are still two on the first page. |

| Yes, and I can go on and on about things that are easier on Windows, to which you'll reply with more things that are easier on Mac. Stick to the Mac v Windows thread if you want to gloat about Mac. Praising either Windows or Mac is going to result in a flame war. |

| I don't even get why a second thread of that was made and why this one is being derailed/slowly transformed into a third. |

Everyone thank EchoReaper for derailing the thread!
Trying to get back on topic
%appdata% leads to Roaming
hopefully windows has "going up" functionality in the file system, I never checked
Windows: %appdata%\..\Local\Roblox\Plugins OS X: ~/Documents/Roblox/Plugins |

Ryan, y u gotta sound so biased? That is why Echo replied like that anyways. Don't bring biases into descriptions of stuff in a context like this as it gives others that biased (whether they wanted it or not) and has flame war potential. 'hopefully windows has "going up" functionality in the file system, I never checked' |
