I mean if you put a magnet on one side of the board and the same magnet on the ground
But that would acquire LOTS of magnets because of the board and the persons weigh |

Strong magnets can push them selves up and hover almost anything.
It's magnetic field can also be adjusted if it's a electro magnets (which it obviously is). It's fairly simple but costs a crap ton to make.

Thats good, but it would need to be light-weight,which would be a problem since stong magnets would be HUGE!

| Or it could have a fast moving stream of air coming from the bottom. It could have sensors that change the direction of airflow depending on where you place your weight. |

It would need a big air tank to do that, and alot of air pressure
So that would cost alot |

| Or it could have an anti-gravitational pulse coming from streamline something's attached to the bottom reversing the flow of gravity so that instead of falling to the Earth, it would fall away from it. |

that might propel you a bit too high off the ground, though

Well of course if you add predestination codes with buttons... Ok now I'm thinking hovercar...
In a hovercar you could have different buttons to press for different heights such as H1 which could be a foot off the ground. Then H2 which could be like a yard off the ground. Then H3 which could be like 3 yards off the ground. Then you could have HDC which I made to mean Height Driver's Choice. Which could be where the steering wheel would turn into a futuristic thingy and be all cool so you could fly it up and down and left and right. |

I don't see a use for being higher off of the ground

Double roads.
Like, for people who still have cars that need to drive... they can use the roads, whereas people who have hovercars... can just hover over those people.
Especially when slowpokes... |
