If you played Payday you know what I'm talking about. For those who don't know what it is, long story short. Four men, dressed in formal with bullet proof vests, and with masks. You rob banks, art galleries, stores etc.

I actually had an idea for the storyline for the team you put together.
The main payday guys rejected you for their team. You become intense enemies with them, starting to rob banks by yourself. However, you're arrested soon after. After a few years in jail, you get out and form a payday team of your own, this time more than just four people, and your team accepts anyone if they just have the skill.

Ah. Well, here's an idea for the CS:
Name: Age: Past Occupation: Mask: Bio: Skill: Weakness:
For the Skill part, it would show what the character is best at. Examples:
Shooting: Higher chance to hit someone when aiming at them.
Threat: Higher chance for successful threatening.
Disguise: Higher chance to not be noticed in public.
Careful Hands: Fast at doing things, such as making something.
For the weakness, they would be the opposite of skills. Examples:
Poor Aim: Lower chance to hit someone when aiming at them.
Slow Hands: Slow at doing things, such as making something.
Non-Threatening: Lower chance for successful threatening.
Stand-Out: Lower chance to not be noticed in public.

Failure: IF COP: You are restrained, aka cuffs. IF CIVILIAN: You get punched and you become dazzled for 30 seconds. |

Pain Tolerance: You can take more bullets before dying in a mission.
Weakling: You take less bullets before dying in a mission. |

Strength: Intimation, IF COP: Will surrender, 25% chance of joining your side. POLICE OFFICERS ONLY, can't on SWAT. IF CIVILIAN: Will get down and not get up for a long amount of time. |
