Hi - is anyone around that can help.
My son's account (parent typing) was taken over briefly by another user who took his Robux (c.3,000), by effectively buying things from the hackers user account, a list of VIP purchases then a 2700+ single purchase going to a C: ?
This same user also took ownership of a group from my son's account.
All of this is in the Money audit section and they are stating they were appointed new owner of the group so it's obvious who it is.
This same person also references that they are not a hacker in their profile description - which implies someone else has had issues with them and accused them of this.
I've sent a help request to Admin and reported the user for abuse but nothing back so far. |

Only thing I can suggest is emailing info@roblox.com - Send them the email with the verified email.

| The support team are very picky about this stuff, just make sure to tell hime never give his pass out to ANYONE and all those websites to get free robux are scams. If you would like further info on how to keep your account save please message me. |

This is how to see what was taken from the account, and to have proof. 1. Click on the ROBUX/tickets button by the Logout button. Where it says Purchases, click that and select Sales. You will see all things taken from your account. Screenshot that, and attach it to an email to the support team at ROBLOX. I hope everything turns out out okay, and make sure to email and call ROBLOX about this. |

| Reporting does nothing. Roblox gets over 100 reports per minute i think. |
