My next build is a high end gaming pc that includes a current gen, high end GPU, an 8 core processor that starts out at 4.7 GHz, and a bunch of other nice stuff, totalling around $2k. My current one will then become my editing/recording/streaming pc, and will no longer be used to game on.
But to answer the question, my current pc is a mid level gaming PC that I built on like $500 a year and a half ago now... |

Yeah, my current is an AMD build, and I haven't had any issues with AMD processors. The 8 core beast of a processor just made me nerdgasm when I saw it and was like "Must build PC around this". Anyways, my current specs are: AMD Phenom II Deneb Black Edition @ 3.4 GHz EVGA GTX 550 TI Some cheap rosewill case that came with a 450 W PSU Gigabyte some numbers mobo Some DVD-RW drive, can't remember the brand 8 GB RAM, again, can't remember brand 1 TB HDD, I want to say it's a seagate, but can't remember... |

| Yeah, in the new build I'm going to put the new Vishera 9590 in it. I'm going to put an aftermarket liquid cooling kit on it too, one with at least 2 fans on it, so the thing stays nice and cool. :) |

| I'm working right now, so if I start putting money away, seeing as I have ~200 a month I DON'T have to spend, I could get it in about 10 paychecks, or 5 months, unless I get overtime and yada yada yada. |

I could do that, but nobody I know wants to spend money on a gaming PC as they are all console noobs.
Oh, and did I mention PC MASTER RACE? |

| Yeah, that's what I'm saying, none of my friends want to spend money on a gaming pc, because like I said, they are console noobs. |

| I just realized I'm going to spend more on my PSU than the processor in my next build... |

Everyone but me owns a laptop; dad, sister, and mom.
My build is an Avatar FX6164. Bought it back in August for ~$680. Holds up very well. |
