Trust me, Hard, you don't want to live in Austin if you're already living somewhere in California. If you're living in LA or Oakland, then yeah, Austin is a better move. Sacramento? San Diego? Fresno? San Jose? San Francisco? Eureka? Anywhere else in California? Stay there.
Deadman has been to Austin and he can tell you this city is trash. Rune tells you this city has a small town feel Tgross thinks the only good part of here is Rooster Teeth
The cops frankly don't give a crap here and you can get murdered/robbed at any given time. And when the cops do care about something? It's about 4 cops tackling a jaywalker on the University of Texas campus. |

Now this is actually possible. It's not like both CA and TX don't have any reason not to be arrogant. Without both states, America would be screwed in a hole. |

Now if you drove through West Texas near Pecos/Big Bend National Park or ESPECIALLY the Hill Country just west of Austin/San Antonio, I'd believe you
But AMARILLO? The Panhandle is a disgusting place, they're lucky that Fort Worth and MAYBE El Paso is more trashy. |
