In the update I am suggesting, there should be three new features added:
3D Item Preview: Allows you to rotate the object to see it from any perspective. (All items except for Audio, T-shirts and Decals)
Show the item on an NPC head: Allows you to see how the item will fit (Hats only)
Mixer: Allows you to see how the item will look with other items on. For hats, show an NPC head wit he hat on, and you can type in the ID of up to two other hats to see how they look together. For T-shirts, shirts and pants, allow the user to type in a package ID and it will display the item worn on the package (Hats, shirts, pants and T-shirts

@miki Seriously? No support because it's too long, and it's not even that long? |

3D Item Preview: I agree this needs to be implemented. It will help the user see "the total package", and help on the decision making of buying the item.
Show the item on an NPC head: I agree that this also needs to be implemented, but you should be able to do that with all clothing items, such as shirts and pants as well, not exclusive to hats. This also greatly helps in the decision-making of buying an item and seeing if it looks as great on you as it does in the picture.
Mixer: Awesome idea, so you can know how all the items look together and purchase them without risking one item not working with another one.
I support all three ideas. |

Why don't you just put a hat tester in your place and use that?

| Im halfway on this one, this is a great suggestion, but this seems very complex and would have to be a major update and would take a while to implement |

While I do think these are all good ideas, you can easily to go tames like Catalog Heaven or PuzzleGamer's The Catalog to test out hats. This update really wouldn't be necessary.
And miki, get an education and stop being lazy. This really isn't that much to read. |

@hayes You're right, the feature should also expand to all forms of clothing, not just hats. |

@axel What about Linux users? Or any other computers that don't support ROBLOX games? I do understand where you're coming from, and it is a good point indeed, but even though some people would deem my argument useless, there's plenty of people who go on roblox only for the forums. |

@Axel @koolkid
I can't argue with kool, because it is true that there are users that come on ROBLOX for the forums, and only the forums.
Games can also glitch, and it should not be a user's responsibility to make sure the catalog is up-to-date with everything; it should be a feature already included with the catalog.
And as you said, places like Catalog Heaven only really show hats and gear. They don't show other clothing options, which I feel you should be able to preview those as well. |

| And one last argument against using places: Most of the time it's a brand-new hat, yet the game is almost NEVER completely up-to-date |

With a hat tester, they are always up to date. Catalog heaven isn't because he updates manually.

| I like it, but I don't support. It sounds a little difficult to be implimented. |
