| Though flaws may still appear from now, the amount of negativity will decrease. A number of people on RT have agreed to make a positive change. It is a group effort. No one is superior to another. To those who do not believe this will work, you are entitled to your opinion, for I have to respect that. Those who choose to leave RT because of the hostility, please reconsider. Any negativity will not go unseen. However, instead of cruel banishment, there will be an urge to change. |

| I agree, I really hope the forums can become a better place. They're great already, but the negativity and hostility towards new forumers. |

Whoops, ended my sentence too short there.
I meant to say:
"They're great already, but the negativity and hostility towards new forumers is really irritating." |

@Bacon I understand your perspective. Some people may be permanently negative. However, any such motive for that is invalid. |

@bacon
You are mostly wrong,
Its mostly how those people are treated In real life. Or things that happen to them the past days. |

| Positivity will create less trouble. If everyone were nice to each other, we would all be psychologically stable with high self-esteems to support us. |

@domoman33 Thank you, my good friend! Support leads to greater numbers! Greater numbers lead to a higher percentage of change! |

@echoit I believe that it will one day! @8 The least we could do is to not be so harsh to other people. If someone is being a troll, they will be taken care of in a less outrageous manner. |

@Iam That will only create more conflict. Even if they are asking for it, we shall serve them with a different tone. |

@Iam That's what I thought months ago. But then I realized the effect it will have. |
