Got 160 lbs I work slow twitching muscles, not fast I'm 130 lbs # track and field TGI can bench 9999 lbs

My 100m is 11.8 with no blocks and no spikes. I'm a mile runner My best 1600m is 4:35 freshman year. |

Just saying if you bench too much when you are young, you'll stunt your growth. Soviets, I run a 10.5. I'm quitting track though to go full soccer. |
