Instead of devaluing EVERYTHING ABOVE SAID CCCO ITEMS, MAYBE WE SHOULD JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT CCCO ITEMS HAVE GONE UP IN VALUE???????
WOULDN'T THAT BE EASIER?

CCCO items havnt risen because they still sell for like 20k, 25k, 30k each and then their downgrades are like 3k above their current values
So yeah. |

@Lobot
MBSTF is raising, thats why. Owners are biased and have nothing to add, as MBSTF is a very desireable item |

| No, I was proving that not all items are devalued by downgrades if there are ccco involved |

You can say that CCC, CCO, CCCO have risen as full sets, not parts alone
E.g. as a full set ccc could be valued at 180k, but the separate parts still keep the same value
That would be easier than undervaluing and degrading every other item

You ever think that maybe people are OP'ing for CCCO items because of the ease with which you can sell them?
It works like this: Materking has a high value item that he wants to sell. If he sold it as is, to get a fair price he would have to sell it for say, 120k.
Now, not many people have 120k lying around anymore with this fancy schmancy DevEx. Thus, it could take him a very long time to sell his item.
BUT WAIT, SAID MATERKING, WHAT IF I DOWNGRADED MY ITEM TO A BUNCH OF SMALLER ITEMS THAT EVERYONE WANTS!
Thus, he downgraded it to a CCCO. Now, he can sell each individual part for around 30k or so. This is much more affordable. Therefore, the number of possible buyers increases tremendously. He is now able to sell his CCCO for around the same amount of money. However, it will now sell MUCH quicker.
TL;DR version:
Downgrading to CCCO items lets you sell stuff much quicker. Therefore, impatient people OP in order to downgrade to 'em.

If you'll notice, you don't see people OP'ing to downgrade into other items. You only see it happening with CCCO items.

Those are exceptional circumstances with exceptionally expensive items. However, the same general principle applies. Impatient people can't wait to downgrade in graduated steps, so they do all at once. In order to make up for the convenience factor, they must OP.
In general, the rule still holds.

Yes it is.
Obviously, someone wouldn't trade a high demand item for an item of the same value but with less demand.

lets say GFS = 10k and lets say i could easily get 18 of them
someone will give a 250k item for 180k worth of GFS
GFS =/= CCCO item
basically what youre saying is that items dont get their value in high demand, and then low demand items dont get their values in high demand
therefore the only logical explanation is that bsf is not 180k |

I'm not even talking about a specific item, man.
Secondly, you have no evidence to prove that your GFS claim is correct.
In fact, I could just as easily say that you'd get LESS than 180k, since having 18 copies of the same item would get extremely unwieldy.
