Hello and welcome to War Command. I am Admiral ImmortalEvil. I am the Director of Promotions for War Command. In this clan, it's easy to rank up. Just put forth effort, work real hard, stay active, and do as you're told, you'll rank up quite easily. If you read this guide, you'll know everything there is to know about ranking up. So, good luck with your Career in War Command!
***You must wear the uniform that you're ranked under.***
[://Table of Contents\\:]
Chapter 1: Ranks. Chapter 2: Promotions from Cadet-Commander. Chapter 3: Promotion to Captain. Chapter 4: Promotion to Admiral.
[://Chapter 1: Ranks\\:] [CDT] Cadet [PVT] Private [SPC] Specialist [SGT] Sergeant [LET] Lieutenant [COM] Commander [CPT] Captain [ADM] Admiral [WCM] War Commander
[://Chapter 2: Promotions from Cadet-Commander\\:] In order to pass Cadet, Private, Specialist, Sergeant, and Lieutenant you must prove yourself worthy. Each time you're promoted, you get to wear a different rank uniform. The higher you rank up, it gets harder to be promoted to the next rank. So in other words, only a few will ever make it to Admiral. But, for Cadet-Commander, you can prove yourself worthy from trainings, raids, defenses, promotion requests, etc. Send all promotion requests to me. (Admiral ImmortalEvil). **Commander is the last rank you can rank up to from promotion requests.**
[://Chapter 3: Promotion to Captain\\:] Once you're a Commander, you must do your normal duties. Meaning, attend trainings, raids, defenses, etc. But in order to even think about reaching the rank of Captain, you must have good relations with at least 1 Admiral. The reason for that is because there are High Command meetings every week. During those meetings, the Current Captains and Admirals discuss Commanders that might be ready for the rank of Captain. They also discuss inactive Captains and Admirals that will be demoted back to Commander. And the Admiral that you have relations with will discuss good things about you. The War Commander will also be present at these meetings. Once everything is discussed, the War Commander will decide on the new Captains. And if you're one of them, you may then wear the "Captain" uniform.
[://Chapter 4: Promotion to Admiral\\:] Once a Captain, you will never be demoted back to Commander unless you've been inactive for at least 1 month without letting an Admiral know why you're going to be inactive. But to be promoted to Admiral, you must have good relations with the War Commander. The reason for that is because the War Commander only promotes those he trusts with his life to Admiral. So, in other words, do good deeds. Meaning host trainings, raids, be active, show up at meetings weekly, and send promotion requests for other lower ranked members to Admiral ImmortalEvil, and be respectful to the War Commander. If you do those things, the War Commander will grow to like you. And if he likes you, he'll promote you to Admiral. And from there, you can now promote people IF they deserve it. And you may also wear the "Admiral" Uniform.
