| I personally would get the i5 4670k on my build for an extra £25.00 so you can over clock in the future. |

| Eh.. just say a budget that realistically you think you can get. The other build is one I am doing for 'average' gaming at ultra or medium 1440p. |

I once had a budget.
That went down the drain when I went overbudget by $600

Also, if you want more performance, you could unpark your CPU cores(since you're using win7) |
