1. This isn't on the WNTS 2. I don't care if John Shedletsky said "No refunds." years ago. His voice does not represent the entire corperation.
Many people regret purchasing items whether they're hats or gears or anything, because that they're not what they seemed to be. Catalog Heaven isn't a reliable source of finding out what they do, because that that game is nothing but being loopkilled by people spamming gears (Specifically, JUST weapon gears)
So we should get a 50% refund if we get rid of our items. Audios, especially. I want to get rid of my 15 second audios because I uploaded full versions for less than half the price.
And when it comes to builders club membership, I believe that if WE WERE NOT banned (If you're banned you shouldn't get a refund) then while currently in a membership status (Such as lifetime OBC) and we decide that it was not worth it, we should have a refund relative to the amount of time remaining in our membership. For example, if you're halfway through 1 year of TBC, you would get half the money back. Since lifetime never expires, we should get at least 75% of our money back.
If you don't support, please give a long, detailed reason as to why this would be a bad thing.
TL;DR: We would get a refund relative to the amount we paid if we have an active membership status and would like to cancel it (If we're not banned though) We would get half of our money back if we delete a virtual on-ROBLOX asset. |

Nothing in the WNTS says we're not allowed to request editing of the Terms & Conditions. Especially with the fact that the T&C refers to ROBUX as "ROBLOX Points" This isn't 06.

I'm not talking about impulsive buying, I'm talking about purchasing either memberships or virtual items - but there's been myriad times when people spent a lot of Robux on an item that they've been saving up for, because that the high price tag meant it would also have high quality.
For example,
The gear "Yellow Card"
It's $300 robux. It's a small flat yellow card with no texture. It does nothing. Do you think that anyone who bought that would regret it?
Myriad catalog items are worthless. |

When I think "impulsive" I think of somebody who can't stop buying one thing after another.
This idea would be to all the people who waited a long time to get something, only to learn that it's crud that does nothing whatsoever.

It's their own fault, which is why their refunds should not be full refunds. But making there be absolutely no way to get back what they spent after they were patient in attempt to obtain is kind of punishing them. This is the type of thing that would just make NBCers mad, get bored of waiting to try and get back the money they spent, and maybe find some other MMO. |

Just to everyone saying "you" this is scenario based, because a lot of people have wanted refunds, I personally do not have a time when I bought something that I didn't want, but just the other day one of my friends said that he bought hair that looked good in the thumbnail that he thinks is terrible ingame.

Complete support, Pretty much 80% of people on roblox pay for BC to get more accessories. If they do what your example was with the yellow card, then they're practically taking our money and somewhat false advertising. I think someone's in for a law suit. :c |
