In all honestly, this is terrifying. What the hell were nintendo thinking when they added Hypno Pokedex entry : "It carries a pendulum-like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized" Hypno is also about the size of a 12/13 year old kid, so yeah. It's ability "Insomnia" prevents pokemon from going to sleep think about that applied to the pokedex entry
Think about that it is terrifying in a mostly kids game

More example of spooky pokemon : Gastly: "Its body is made of gas. Despite lacking substance, it can envelop an opponent of any size and cause suffocation."
Haunter: "If you get the feeling of being watched in darkness when nobody is around, Haunter is there."
Misdreavus: "t gets nourishment from fear that it absorbs into its red orbs. In daytime, it sleeps in darkness."
Shedinja: "A discarded bug shell that came to life. Peering into the crack on its back is said to steal one's spirit."
Bannete takes one of my top places : "A doll that became a Pokémon over its grudge from being junked. It seeks the child that disowned it."
Yamask: "These Pokémon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves. Each retains memories of its former life." |

Even more spooky ghosts :
Lampent: "The spirits it absorbs fuel its baleful fire. It hangs around hospitals waiting for people to pass on."
Trevenant: "It can control trees at will. It will trap people who harm the forest, so they can never leave."
Gourgeist: "Singing in eerie voices, they wander town streets on the night of the new moon. Anyone who hears their song is cursed."
AND WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT LITWICK WAS INVOLVED IN THE EVIL "While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it." |

| Fun fact : Kadabra cards are no longer manufactured because in Japan, they named the Kadabra cards in the image of this famous magician, and the magician took it as an insult and threw out a wild lawsuit. |

Some spooky psychic pokemon :
Elgyem: "It uses its strong psychic power to squeeze its opponent's brain, causing unendurable headaches."
Meloetta: "The melodies sung by Meloetta have the power to make Pokémon that hear them happy or sad."
Inkay: "Opponents who stare at the flashing of the light-emitting spots on its body become dazed and lose their will to fight." AKA, this makes all who look at it depressed.
Malamar: "It wields the most compelling hypnotic powers of any Pokémon, and it forces others to do whatever it wants." Seriously, what is Gamefreak thinking?

Creepy dark pokemon :
Yveltal: "When this legendary Pokémon's wings and tail feathers spread wide and glow red, it absorbs the life force of living creatures."
Hydreigon: "The heads on their arms do not have brains. They use all three heads to consume and destroy everything."
Spiritomb: "A Pokémon that was formed by 108 spirits. It is bound to a fissure in an odd keystone."
Darkrai: "It chases people and Pokémon from its territory by causing them to experience deep, nightmarish slumbers."
Sneasel: "It feeds on eggs stolen from nests. Its sharply hooked claws rip vulnerable spots on prey." |
