| Yes, because some peoples can't find a job. They're working hard in finding a job, but they get no money for it. It can be very critical if they get homeless that means they can't have a bank account and no bank account means no job. |

it is justified in my Opinion, i completely agree with 2013 on this. People make it sound easy to get a job but in many countries it's extremely hard to get a job. |

Of course. Not certainly for everybody who is unemployed because they need a more sustainable way of surviving for both them and the economy. So if they don't take mandatory training, work experience or study then they lose their benefits? Unless they are point 2 and unemployed. But welfare is needed for people
1) In work but just not earning much. Its not really possible to make generalisations about how hard they worked at school. Whats important is their contribution, not their education or class. IQ and results have been shown to be very reliant on background.
2) Disabled, mentally or physically.

| Perhaps "Welfare Leeches" could be kicked off the system after 10 years. |

| Welfare should ONLY be justified for people too old to do anything, but need to be taken care of and have no family to do it, people with mental disabilities that might make employers not accept them (Although first the welfare system should see if they can find that person a job that doesn't require much),and people who are TEMPORARILY unemployed; anyone on welfare for over 6 months due to unemployment should receive a warning telling them they need to get a job, and after 1 year they are let off welfare. 1 year should be enough to find a job, and 10 years is much too long to let someone leech unemployment welfare. |

Social democrats invented a welfare system in my country. They'll check the jobless peoples if they send applications to companies. They'll cut the welfare if they won't do it.
