It says absolutely nothing about how much you care, it could be that you care a lot, or only a little, but not none at all.
If you mean that you don't care, you should say "I couldn't care less."
"I could care less" is a meaningless statement. |

I agree. I prefer simply saying "I don't give 2 cents"
Albeit, a different vocabulary might be used instead of 2 cents. |
