I've seen many ways in which one would crash a player, but how does one go about it most efficiently?

| Do it the way khol's admin does. Using a stringvalue inside a disabled localscript, use loadstring to crash them |

Kick() gives them the white screen of death.

I thought Kick() just displays the "This game has shut down" message.

No.. Using Kick gives them a white screen, in my experience. Destroy or Remove lets them see/chat

No, that's if you use game.Players.Player:Destroy(), for example.

@Sols would this crash someone?
local code = loadstring("while true do delay(0, function() end) end")() code.Source = Value.Character |

Try in the localscript(disabled) with a stringvalue named source
repeat wait() until script.Source.Value
loadstring(script.Source.Value)()
in the admin script, clone the localscript into the player(found like with other commands) then set the value of the new stringvalue clone to any crash loop |

player:Destroy(), player:Remove(), and player:Kick() leaves them with a movable camera and they can still see the chat (although they cannot chat with others).
while true do end
Will crash the game client completely. They will just get a message saying "ROBLOX Player Beta has stopped responding. Would you like to Close the program, or wait for it to respond?". |

I'll repeat this:
player:Kick() basically crashes their server, or returns a shut down message.

| the Kick method disconnects the player from the game and destroys their player instance. It is definitely the best way to go in my opinion. |

I just tried player:Destroy(), player:Remove(), and player:Kick() and got the same result each time. When I did:
while true do end
My client crashed. |

| I've used all the methods of kicking except crashing, and I've found that you can linger if the player is Destroyed, but it will shut down if the player is Kicked. |
