As TPHG said about a similar idea
"An unintended consequence of this may be that it would overcomplicate the HR system and further divide and tier an already fractioned system and may not be the best use of resources at this time."

| Yeah, I can just restate what I said before, but - I think UCR should be expending its resources on bringing in new blood, innovation and rebranding their image. That said - if you are going to rework HR systems, consolidate power, don't add more tiers and division. |

Seems complex, and in some cases can just merely over complicate everything.
UCR should focus on Orion II and recruitment. |

Good point Igniited - that's absolutely something that has to change. New blood in the clan and new blood in the high command is needed. Build for the future generations.
Your veteran network is growing smaller and smaller. |

I totally agree with you - drop politics, drop reforms, drop major internal changes. Rebrand the image of the clan into a powerful war clans (squads can help with this). If UCR is able to launch coordinated attacks on clans with the member base they have and still gain more members, they can win wars, respect and notoriety.
Winning wars/respect = hype and base for new blood Add good technology and innovation into that, and you're on track. |
