[TGAB] The High Command Guideline
I.) The Chief of Staff, The Master of Ceremony, and the Vice Master of Ceremony has the power to call a meeting if there is an emergency or if there is a document, which is to be approved by the HC and the Adjutants of the HC.
II.) The High Command has the power to over-rule High ranking officers such as Generals, Field Marshals, and Head of Military if 75% of the HC to over-rule.
III.) The Chief of Staff is allowed to demote any HR or HC officers who got promoted without a vote of the HC.
IV.) The Chief of Staff may Appoint anyone The Master of Ceremony, as the person who is appointed will have at least 3 weeks as a Master of Ceremony, after that amount of the time the HC may have a vote to remove the Master of Ceremony with the majority of 75% Vote.
V.) The Vice Master of Ceremony act as an emergency power as if the Chief of Staff cannot attend a meeting, the VMC does not have any military power over anyone who is above the VMC’s TGAB rank.
VI.) For a voting of the position for Vice Master of Ceremony every HC must participate in the vote, as the Adjutants have no right to participate in the vote of the Vice Master of Ceremony.
VII.) No HC members may use their position in The High Command to threaten or overpower any TGNB, RMC, or non High Command members.
VIII.) The Chief of Staff and Master of Ceremony act as the leader of the HC, in no way their can the Chief of Staff overrule a FM and HoA without the majority of the High Command.
IX.) A HC member may not over-rule or silence another HC member based on his rank in TGAB, rank in TGAB for BG+ does not matter in a HC vote as all are equal and have the freedom to share their thoughts.
X.) The Chief of Staff, Master of Ceremony, and Vice-Master of Ceremony may veto any suggestion or ideas during a meeting unless the HC at that meeting over-rules the Chief of Staff, Master of Ceremony, or the Vice-Master of Ceremony.
XI.) The Chief of Staff or the Master of Ceremony may grant emergency power to a specific person for one week, that person will be granted all powers which the Chief of staff and the Master of Ceremony holds. After one week if the person still needs emergency power then one must have a vote by the HC.
