(NOTE: I was bored, so I decided to make a story. It's quite similar to my other story, War of the Gods. Same characters and stuff, blah blah blah.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Zyhidizx's eyes narrowed against the fierce strength of the wind. It was a chilly morning, and he had had his breakfast a while ago before sneaking out of camp to survey the lands laid down before him. He resisted the urge to charge forward and walk freely among the lands; either way, he couldn't because monsters were scattered around the world ever since Gaia's return. She had forced her way out of her prison again and have also revived the other Titans, who were bound to serve Gaia from unbreakable oaths. When broken, their soul will immediately fade away from the face of the universe. At least that's what he thought.
Suddenly, faint footstep noises sounded from behind him, and he quickly unsheathed his blade and spun around, prepared for a battle. However, it wasn't an enemy that stood there, it was one of his friends. She was a tall girl with dirty blonde hair and bright blue eyes and was a daughter of Athena. Putting her hands to her hips, she glared at Zyhidizx with faint traces of anger smoldering in her eyes. “H–Hi, J-Jacqueline?” he stammered, his eyes wide as he slowly sheathed his blade. “What are you doing out here? Monsters can detect your demigod scent from miles away!” she demanded.
“I wanted to get some fresh air. It isn't easy being stuck in camp like that,” he replied, lifting his chin so their gazes were level. Jacqueline suddenly smiled, and she moved to the side to reveal Chiron, his hooves planted firmly on the ground as if he were afraid the wind will blow him away. “Zyhidizx, I don't suppose that that is your final reason to try to excuse your disappearance?” he inquired, his eyes flashing with curiosity. Zyhidizx quickly pulled his gaze away from Chiron and over to meet Jacqueline's. A recent memory suddenly sparked in his mind. “I told you about my idea at breakfast time, and you betrayed me!” he growled, his eyes blazing.
(Any feedback or suggestions in the story so far? I'll be working on another part for the story.) |

Jacqueline laughed, her blue eye sparkling with mischief and amusement. “What are you laughing about?” Zyhidizx snarled, and his eyes widened with shock and horror as Chiron pulled on his skin and it came off in one piece. In his place stood Jennifer, another one of his friends and the daughter of Aphrodite? “Your face,” Jacqueline managed to say, trying to catch her breath. Jennifer burst into laughter as well, and Zyhidizx's other feelings were replaced with anger. Furiously stomping back into camp, the two girls trailed behind at and awkward and slow pace.
Suddenly, the alarm horn sounded through the camp, and automatically Zyhidizx drew his blade. Monsters suddenly swatmed into the camp, hacking away at campers. A few immediately fell to the ground after being stabbed at, blood pouring out of their wounds. Zyhidizx hissed as a monster raced over to him and lunged at him. Sidestepping, he pulled his sword upward and it stabbed through the monster's chin, blood splattering his clothes. The monster fell to the ground, its gaze blank as it stared at the pale blue sky above and dissolved into dust.
Chiron - the real one this time - galloped out of the Big House, wielding his weapon. He hacked away at a few monsters then galloped towards the center of the fray. Zyhidizx pulled his gaze away and parried an attack from a nearby monster. He twirled the blade and threw it, aiming for the monster's heart. The blade pierced through the monster's slimy scales with force and then lodged firmly in his body. The monster collapsed in a rising pool of blood as Zyhidizx snatched his blade out of the monster's chest. He quickly looked around for people that needed his help and noticed Jacqueline having trouble fighting with a hydra-like monster. Heading over to her, he helped her hack away at the monster.
