| I am just asking why they had to do it when it doesn't seem absolutely necessary. |

| There were a lot of reasons for it, though the biggest one (in my opinion) was to give clothing makers a chance to make as much money as a game maker. |

@Slingshot,
But couldn't they do that with general popularity? The reason some high end clothes in real life are so popular is because they are worn so often. Not only that but couldn't you argue that...
1.Roblox is selling cheap clothes pretty much voiding the original reason they did this, which was to help the economy and...
2.The fact that they could just copy most clothes in the first place? I've asked HUNDREDS of BCers and they've all usually said that they just copy the clothes because it's free to do that instead of something simple such as 10 tix, which would have gotten the person PLENTY of sales from NBCers and BCers. |

| Still, if roblox wanted to let clothing makers make more money, why would they have to make it at least 100 tix? They could've made it at least 50 instead. Also, if a person's clothing is good and cheaper, more people will buy it so that partially makes up for the price floor. |

| And for people who don't support the price floor, don't say "because of greed" if you're going to post something like that. That's not a valid response. |

| They made more through mass sales prior to the price floor than they will with this decreased availability to the poorer NBCers. |

| Well, even popular clothing makers were so little robux/tix compared to game developers. |

Copying will happen either way. But there are those of us who are even too lazy or too prideful to steal so we just buy the thing because its easier that way.
You can see this effect in real life as well; people still buy netflix even though it would be easy to pirate the stuff on it. But they don't because its easier to pay ten dollars and get it all in an easy to use platforum.
Many users who sell clothing have increased profit by a lot since this update. Before the pricefloor there was no way to ever compete with selling clothing for 1 tix each so they would only be able to make a tiny percentage of what map makers make. |

Some people chose to sell their clothing for 1 ticket because they wanted players to have them, not because they wanted the money.
Take group uniforms for example: They were sold for only 1 ticket so even new players could immediately buy them and feel like they were part of the group. Now it's 100, and they're being sold less and less.
-Common Sense: Use it. |

Since roblox wants clothing makers to make more money, there might be a solution.
*Checkboxes that you can choose how much to sell clothing for.*
So, with this idea, clothing makers can choose to sell clothing for 1 or 2 tix (for the clothing makers who don't focus on money), a checkbox for 50 tix clothing, and one for 100 tix clothing, any prices over 100 tix can be adjusted to anything they want.
With this feature, clothing makers who want to make clothing and don't care about profit can sell it for 1 or 2 tix, while others have no other option but to sell it for 50 or 100 tix and more if they want to make tix profit.
I don't know how this can work for robux, but it would work the same way. Since 10 robux is roughly 100 tix, this idea could be implemented for robux by making checkboxes labeled for 1 rs (no profit), 2 rs (little profit), 5 robux, and 10 robux. Prices above 10 robux will be able to be adjusted freely.
Might be a little confusing but these are foundations for my idea. |

| Hippie is right, HatHelper (Sadly banned, not going to speak more.) used to sell most of his clothes for only a single ticket so everyone can enjoy it. |

because it makes people want to get more robux which means they pay more real money which means ROBLOX gets richer it's really not that hard to figure out |

@Internet: There already was a checkbox for clothing. Players used to sell them anywhere from 1 to 900,000,000.

| I know.... But with this idea, players that don't care about profit can sell clothing prices and they won't make profit while there is still a price floor for the 50 tix and 100 tix clothing... Clothing makers can make profit off of 50/100 tix clothing so if they want profit, they can use the 50/100 tix option. |
