Introduction: Let a T-shirt be created at the price of 50 R$ each, giving access to private places such as the White House and Capitol Hill depending on the shirt.
Section I: Access to all non-confidential Government (such as the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch headquarters) will be sold at the set price of 50 R$.
Section II: The T-shirts pictures for each tour will be depending on the places. For Executive branch locations, the Seal of the President will adorn the shirt, as the Legislative branch will be the Seal of Congress. Judicial will be the Seal of the Supreme Court.
Section III: Areas for tourism will be guided with ropes, they are not to touch any items of significance.
Section IV: Tours will not be held when the President or First Family is in residence, as well as when Congress or Court is being held, though they may watch Congress and the Supreme Court sessions.
Section V: Tour guides will be hired to guide them through the tour, giving knowledge of the building, personnel in it, and the items.
Section VI: For security reasons, a Secret Service agent will be accompanying White House Tours, while Capitol Police for tours of Capitol Hill. The Marshal Service will be with the tours of the Supreme Court.
Section VII: Tourists will have to step through a detector, that will remove their items, before the tour is conducted.
Section VIII: If any tourists cross the rope, touch significant items, refuse to be scanned, cause a disruption or any other things as such, they may be asked to leave and their ticket could possibly be revoked.
Section IX: This bill will go into effect once the new DC is opened and fully operational.
