So a worker named Susan sent me a message on regards of me not reciving a p/=w reset saying to send a ticket number back as I reply
first what does that mean? and where is it? second she said to apply a username which I did I mean that's okay if she didn't see it but I swear if this is a computer i'm talking to...
so the trouble I'm having is a p/=w reset isn't sending to any of my mail I checked spam and trash on each of my mail
so I have no idea what to do I asked info@roblox to send a p/=w reset to one of my previous mail's that was on my account but she asked for a username which I did provide:
Twoublekinz122 if a mod could help me from the forums that would be great. |

Its a bot. You need to wait for an actual person to talk to you |

the bot responds to you pretty fast, but doesn't help.
you need to wait 24-48 hours before a real person responds. |

| ROBLOX e-mail replies aren't bots, they're actual humans. The only thing that is a bot is the ticket receive. |

Hey,
The things you need to do is send a email to @info.roblox. Also you can send a message to a admin(like me) so it be quicker. |
