| Union are a way of expressing workers' opinion on various issues. How is it terrible? Do you not want workers to have a voice? |

"Less work means less progress."
So you're expecting them to work and have no say in the matter? |

The more they work, the more they should be paid.
They can have say in matter.
My dad hates the union, and works two jobs, and works for a long time. |

| They voluntarily agree to a contract to work for someone. They shouldn't complain, they voluntarily agreed to it. |

Well, that's your opinion. I think that supressing the opinion of workers' will inevitably lead to strikes. |

Again, they volunteered, the most likely reason to strike is for pay cuts. |

So we're going to invade their freedom for the sake of business?

| Sorry, I was being a bit over the top. Strikes themselves wouldn't be banned, but employers would be allowed to fire anyone who tried to strike, and the employers would be able to replace any strikers permanently. |

And strikes will be banned. Problem solved. ___ Not so fast... Remember that striking is a form of expression that the government cannot infringe on.
That doesn't mean a company cannot fire people for striking. |

"They voluntarily agree to not have a say."
Seems oppressive. After all, without these employees, the company wouldn't exist. |

If they agree to these working conditions, that is the justification. |
